Delivery & Returns
Free delivery for online orders over €50 in Republic & Northern Ireland (Registered Post not included).
When we receive your order it will be processed within 3-5 working days and will be delivered, in most cases, the next working day. International orders are subject to normal postal time-frames.
A signature is required upon delivery.
All Republic of Ireland orders are delivered by courier. Couriers are responsible for the prompt delivery of your goods and will deliver the next working day. The courier representative may need to contact the phone number you provided in order to obtain directions and complete delivery.
We send all UK and International orders via An Post Registered Post, your order will get priority handling and is also insured. An information slip will be left at the address provided with details of how you can collect your package if there is nobody available to sign for the delivery.

We will get your order delivered as quickly as possible. If a problem occurs that prolongs the delivery time of your order we contact you immediately to inform you of the delay.
When you make an online purchase you have a statutory right to return goods (other than perishable or made to order/customised goods) up to 14 days after receiving your order: this is the cooling off period. If you wish to return your order you must contact McNallys Pharmacy365 in writing or email firstname.lastname@example.org with the order reference number. The item(s) will be refunded in full excluding the delivery and collection charge which the customer will be responsible for.
If a product is defective in any way, please return it immediately and we will either deliver a new one to you or refund you the cost of the product and original delivery cost. Any breakages or damages must be reported to us within 24 hours of delivery.

We can cancel an order up until it is dispatched. If the order has been dispatched, you can return the goods to us and we will organise a refund (excluding delivery cost). To cancel an order you must contact our helpdesk on 042 9667707 or email email@example.com and quote your order reference number which you will find on your confirmation email.
