What personal data do we collect?

We collect the personal data you provide to us during the registration and order checkout processes. This personal data includes:

your contact/billing details (name, address, email address, telephone numbers)

your shipping contact details (name, address, telephone numbers), occasionally this can be a third-party gift recipient

personalised text/images that you provide if related to a custom made item (e.g. a personalised gift) or

your order greeting message

payment details (credit/debit card details are not stored by us and are passed directly on to our payments company sagepay).

When ordering a prescription online the types of Personal Data collected include: Name (including the name of the person you are collecting the prescription for), Address, Date of Birth, Contact phone number, Email address which we require for the purposes of verifying your identity.

We store your email address for authentication purposes only.

In respect of information collected on your medication, we store the drug name, strength and directions.

Such information is only collected from you if you voluntarily submit it to us.

 

We process your Personal Data:

To fulfil your order (i.e. to facilitate the provision of ordered goods and services)

To contact you or your recipient if required in connection with your order or to respond to any communications you might send to us;

To administer our website

To communicate to you information about new products/services and special offers

So you can keep a history of the products you have ordered

All the personal data we process is processed by our staff in Ireland however for the purposes of IT hosting and maintenance this information is located on servers within the UK.

 

Retaining your personal data

We will retain your personal data for the minimum amount of time required in order to successfully carry out the specified purposes for collecting that data. Personal data will only be held for longer than necessary if we are required to retain this data by law or to facilitate any ongoing or prospective legal proceedings, or to assist in the prevention of fraud.

A record of each transaction will be retained for 2 years.

You have the right to see information we hold about you, with some exceptions which are described in the privacy laws. You have the right to request us to correct any inaccurate information. We may charge a €6.35 fee for providing the personal information to you.
